Published by Museum Press, London, 1956, 1st Edition, some damp staining on spine, D/w (slight nicks), V.G.   Partly an instruction manual and partly reminiscences by a past president of the Alpine Club who was a member of John Hunt’s successful 1953 Everest Expedition and who led the successful Kanchenjunga Expedition of 1955 which made the first ascent, with Joe Brown and George Band being the first summit party, followed a day later by Norman Hardie and Tony Streather.
