Published by Vertebrate Publishing, Sheffield, 2020, 1st English Edition, D/w, As New.   Elisabeth Revol (1979- ) is a very experienced French mountaineer who, in 2018, became the first woman to climb Nanga Parbat in winter.  On the descent, she was rescued and her climbing partner, Tomasz Mackiewicz, died after being struck by blindness.  This event was widely covered in the mainstream media and this book resulted – both her story of the climb and her tribute to her friend and climbing partner.
